Holly Hutchison Weinman is an artist advocate with over 34 years’ experience in the music and entertainment industry known throughout the industry as AnRGirl.

Her professional experience, A Level Repertoire, and deal making abilities draw largely from major recording corporation environments and highly successful mentors in New York City (Atlantic Records – a Time Warner Company) and Los Angeles (Capitol Records/EMI) where she held top ranking executive positions before venturing out on her own. As an independent she has closed deals with iconic industry executives like Jason Flom Lava/Republic, Doug Morris former CEO Sony Music Entertainment and more.

Holly built her credibility through a consistent track record of identifying artists who have proven to be successful – some being Deftones, Alanis Morissette, Blink 182, Slipknot, Muse, Saliva, Bosson and Vega 4 (Songwriter Johnny McDaid -Snow Patrol and Ed Sheeran).

Holly has championed artists worldwide from showcases to studio recordings to writing. Some being recording star artist AGNEZ MO with Jim Beanz and Timbaland; Pop artist Bosson who was nominated for Best Original Song in a Motion Picture Soundtrack “One in A Million” on Miss Congeniality - sharing the nomination with Bjork, Sting, Bob Dylan and Garth Brooks; Johnny McDaid in Vega 4 signed to Capitol Records. Johnny has gone on to a successful career writing with Snow Patrol and Ed Sheeran including monster hit “Shape of You”; Slipknot consulting them on their major label showcase and introducing them to their first major music manager.



The recording studio is a second home to Holly. She has extensive A&R experience that covers all aspects of album production and song selection for pop, rock and rap genres. She has worked with top multi-platinum and Grammy award winning producers, mixers and songwriters such as Timbaland, Chuck Alkasian, Howard Benson, Jimmy Douglas, Steve Greenwell, Peter Mokran, DJ Quik, Ron Aniello, Josh Abraham, Al Sutton (Greta Van Fleet, Kid Rock), Michael Brauer (Coldplay), Dave Way (Christina Aguilera), Diane Warren, Billy Steinberg, Monty Powell (Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts), Jack Kugell (The Descendants 3 Soundtrack),  Kirsti Manna (“Austin” Blake Shelton, Big &Rich) and Steve Kipner (Christina Aguilera), just to name a few.
